Ignatiy Mikhailovich Nesterov (Russian: Игнатий Михайлович Нестеров) (born 20 June 1983, in Toshkent) is an Uzbekistani football goalkeeper of Russian origin who currently plays for FC Bunyodkor.
Club career
Early career
Before signing for FC Pakhtakor, Nesterov played for FK Samarqand-Dinamo.
FC Pakhtakor
He played for Pakhtakor from 2002 to 2009, after his move to another capital club FC Bunyodkor. By playing for Pakhtakor Nesterov became the first-choice goalkeeper of national team.
FC Bunyodkor
His former team mate, the Chilean striker José Luis Villanueva revealed that he wanted to see Nesterov at the Chinese Super League team Tianjin Teda, but no offers has been made by the Chinese club.
